OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) requires all employers with hazardous chemicals in their workplaces to have labels and MSDSs for their exposed workers, and to train them to handle the chemicals appropriately.
The video is 17 minutes long and addresses the major areas needed to comply with the standard, including:
